Lasagne Update!
The Lasagne was a success, yes I did it with jars of Dolmio, and no I didn’t knit my own pasta.
It was very nice and was washed down with a bottle of Black Sheep Milk Stout.
(Not “authentic”? bite me!). No pics as I still find taking photos of your dinner weird…

This must have been a pretty good PC in its day( its got 3 !TB hard drives as well!)we found it unloved used as an email and web box under a workbench, the last user, an apprentice who left it password locked.
I’m running Ubuntu with Cinnamon (my other PC runs Mint so its easier to keep the same DE).
I think the real bottleneck is lack of ram I work in browser a lot (Chrome) and it uses a lot of ram, if it was my rig I’d upgrade but its a works PC and it goes well enough.
Typically of me now its running Linux i cant work out how to connect to our asset management software as i need remote desktop, so I’m doing that with my mums laptop. (AMD before it was cool, A4 Elite!). I have upgraded that with an SSD.
If You want neofetch (and don’t have it)
Open a terminal, type:
apt update
This updates your package managers list of apps and stuff, its optional but good practice to do this before downloading new stuff.
Then
apt install neofetch
You will be asked for your password, its possible that you wont see any thing as you enter the password, depending on your setup.
things will happen, i cant remember is yiu get asked if you want to continue at any point but i just type Y.
when its done Just type neofetch and Bobs your uncle.
