So Ive been at the “new” job for 6 months, still the oldest apprentice in town, Im starting proper training with “college” in September.
Got my scooter all fixed up, then had a panic to get it MOTed and renew my photcard licence.
Im now the Union Learning Rep for our branch of UNITE, talk about steep learning curve. I think gettingn learners in touch with the people who do the training is going to be the key, the University has various training options, and some departments offer training as well, it a matter of finding best practice and spreading it about abit.
